First we harvest your olives. Then we return them to you as packaged olive oil.

Finding a crew to harvest olives at the right time is the bottleneck of every season! If you wait, the olives spoil before they even reach the mill. We handle the harvesting and, if you wish, every step that follows right down to the bottle. And if your olive grove needs care throughout the year, we take care of that too.

First the harvest, then everything else

Harvesting at peak ripeness is the first challenge of any crop season: if olives stay on the branches too long or sit waiting, quality drops below extra virgin standards. We start right there, and from that point onward we can manage every phase down to the bottled product.

Pre-harvest preparation

We prepare the grove and trees before harvest begins: removing suckers and shredding weeds and brush so nets lay flat and harvesting stays clean and efficient.

Is your olive grove producing as much as it could?

A well-maintained grove yields more and thrives for decades. A neglected one shows its decline when it is already late. We look after our own groves year-round and offer the exact same expertise for yours, even for a single task.

Pruning & shredding

Professional agronomic pruning with on-site mulching and residue incorporation.

More productive trees, healthier living soil, zero disposal hassle.

Irrigation systems

Custom design and precision drip setup tailored to your specific terrain and slope.

Less water waste, higher yield per tree.

Targeted treatments

Post-harvest sanitation and pre-bloom protection, applied only when strictly necessary.

Healthy trees without chemical overuse.

New grove planting

From selecting cultivar rootstocks to precision field layout and planting.

We advise what truly fits your soil and microclimate, not what nurseries need to clear out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum quantity of olives you accept?
Message us with your approximate number of trees or kilograms, and we will immediately tell you if it qualifies and provide the scheduling timeframe.
How much does olive milling cost?
Pricing depends on volume (quintals) and which processing stages you choose (milling only, or storage and bottling as well). You will find starting price tiers on the individual cards above; for an exact quote, just send us two quick details on WhatsApp: your quantity and location.
Do my olives get mixed with others? Will I receive exclusively my own oil?
No mixing. Your olives are processed as their own batch, and the line is cleared and rinsed before milling your fruit. You get back your pure oil with zero contamination. The batch remains fully tracked from delivery to bottling.
Can I request only bottling (or just one single service)?
Absolutely. You can entrust us with the entire supply chain or only with the individual phases you cannot handle yourself: harvesting, milling, storage, filtration, or packaging.
Do you care for olive groves even if I do not bring my olives to your mill?
Yes. Pruning, shredding, irrigation installation, seasonal treatments, and new grove plantings are standalone services. We can care for your grove even if you press your harvest elsewhere. The initial on-site visit is completely free.
Where are you based and how far do you travel?
We are based in Augusta (SR). Send us your location and we will quickly confirm our availability.
